SINGAPORE - Singapore Athletics (SA) has defended its management committee following comments about their professional integrity by national marathoner Soh Rui Yong in an Aug 15 blog post.

The two-time SEA Games champion made the remarks in reference to a legal issue involving SA honorary secretary Eric Song over an alleged defamatory message sent via WhatsApp and allegedly leaked to external parties, and an extraordinary general meeting (EOGM) held last month.
