SINGAPORE - Even as the top European football leagues sweat on whether they will complete their seasons in the midst of coronavirus-enforced suspensions, over in Norway where football competitions usually begin in spring, the concern is when the upcoming season will kick off.

The uncertainty has had a direct impact on Singapore football starlet Ikhsan Fandi, whose hopes of making the leap up from the Norwegian second division to the top tier now hangs in the balance.
