A car buyer has lost his case against a dealer for selling him a vehicle which had clocked six times the mileage shown on its odometer - all because of a technicality.

Mr Tan Ming Yew, 36, a company in-house lawyer, bought a Mazda 3 from used-car dealer Viking Motor in June 2018.
