A Singapore casino's bid to recover a $1.64 million debt from a Macau-based high roller has suffered a setback after the Hong Kong High Court reversed an earlier decision to register a Singapore judgment against Mr Wong Fei Fu in the territory.

The Hong Kong High Court based its decision on grounds of material non-disclosure.
