SINGAPORE - A Republic Polytechnic (RP) student appeared in a district court on Wednesday (Dec 18) for allegedly recording upskirt videos of women on campus on three separate occasions.

Rayson Chee Rui Sheng is also accused of committing similar offences at Bukit Batok MRT station and at shops in West Mall shopping centre.
