SINGAPORE - Hours after the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee released its report marking out the battle lines for the next General Election, the People's Action Party (PAP) headquarters was abuzz with activity as senior party cadres and MPs trooped in for a huddle.

The release of the report is yet another sign that the next election, which has to be held by April 2021, could be round the corner.
