It’s that time of the year, when Singapore embarks on its annual parliamentary debate to discuss the Government’s policy priorities and spending for the coming year.

After a debate on the Budget statement, announced on Feb 16 by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lawrence Wong, individual ministers will take to the lectern in Parliament House to run through their ministries’ plans and respond to the cuts – or questions – filed by backbenchers.
