There is definitely a leak. The reason you cannot see any signs is likely because it is a small leak and the liquid evaporates when it drips over the hot parts of the engine.

When your engine is switched off, there is no pressure in the cooling system and the coolant may not leak, which is why there is no liquid on the floor either.
