I do not track my calories, but I watch and estimate my portions. I also make it a point to have at least one exercise session every other day. Most importantly, I drink a lot of water because, in addition to hydrating my body, it also boosts skin health and beauty.

Yes. It was during my university days when I went for a student exchange programme in Taiwan. I gained 15kg in less than five months, returning home at 83kg. As I was already known as the "fit girl" back then, my family and friends were surprised to see my transformation.
